Last Day at Cinetel is a short spontaneous reality-style film revolving around one day in the life of a struggling director. Temporarily acting as receptionist in a low budget production company, Last Day at Cinetel, expresses the frustration and humor of being an artist trapped in a mundane job. Without a script, not even intended as an creative endeavor, Willo shot this piece consecutively during her final 8-hour shift using a MiniDV, random radio tunes and solely in-camera FX.
Due to popular demand and in collaboration with Jordan Albert, Willo is now manufacturing three more absurdly realistic scenarios to be included in the Last Day series. Last Week in Tennessee, Last Daze of Nicotine and Last Time with Chuckie should be available for your viewing pleasure in the Winter of 2005. Please inquire if you're intrigued.
