Clare is a murder mystery witch falls neatly between the categories of gothic thriller and dark comedy. Think 'Harold and Maude' meets 'The Shining' (with Polanski in the mix). The occult genre has a proven track record, in both profits and career launching. These topics are especially viable now with 'Twilight', 'Harry Potter', and 'Lord of the Rings'. Clare provides an alternative and R-rated view to the mystical world. Realistic and absurd. Strange, yet true. The market for this movie ranges wide. From hip teenagers to spirited adults.

We are currently seeking financial investors.

These fall into two groups:

1) Contributing development funds in smaller increments of $5-10 thousand.

These funds will help to establish and implement all the tools necessary on the trek to finding full financing. By providing immediate support, these angels are our springboard.

2) Investing primary funds at $100,000 a share.

All primary funds raised will be held in escrow with market rate interest until the projected budget is reached. By buying shares of CLARE, these lucky saviors will give us wings.

The primary funds package includes the production budget, estimated production schedule, the LLC Private Placement Offering, as well as production and management disclosures.

All investors will receive ongoing updates on the status of project funding until all funds are raised. The initial budget indicates a projected cost of $7 million. In order to shoot Clare in late Summer/early Fall of 2011 we must have all our funds in place by the Spring of 2011.
